– Onion paste 50gm,
– Ginger paste 10gm,
– Garlic paste 30gm,
– Turmeric powder 20gm,
– Garam masala/Spice 20gm,
– Salt 20gm,

Unique Chicken Arrangement for "Durus Kura":
– Begin by thoroughly cleaning the fresh spring whole chicken. Remove the skin from the chicken.
– Bend the two drumsticks of the chicken and carefully pierce them underneath the two ribs.
– Cross-block the two wings, creating a distinctive and visually appealing arrangement.
Applying Coating Spices on "Durus Kura"
– Combine onion paste, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Place these pastes in the chicken’s cavity.
